A former Renault and Nissan dealership in Cheltenham, operated by Hylton Group, has been sold for £1.9 million by Colliers.
Startin Group has opened its first Suzuki franchise following its acquisition of the Hylton Group-owned St Peters Suzuki in Worcester.
Startin Group has bought St Peters Peugeot and Suzuki dealership from Hylton Group Limited.
Motorline has acquired the freehold car dealership site in Worcester, which was previously home to Nissan and Renault franchises operated by the Hylton Group.
Hylton Group will close its Renault and Dacia dealerships in Cheltenham and Worcester at the end of this month following the recent closure of its Nissan franchise.
